Your buyer’s offers will be negotiated by our team leader who has been a top producing agent since 1999.
If you do only the minimum expectations, you will EASILY close 2 deals per month.

Be a TEAM player. Be able to work with and fit in with a well-established team.
You will dress in sharp business attire when representing the team or meeting with clients.
You will utilize our call plan & proven systems to nurture and follow up with leads daily (5 days per week for full time, you pick your days off).
You will hold a minimum of 4 open houses per month
Attend all training sessions, role plays, call nights, & Masterminds.
Bring a positive attitude, can-do attitude.
You must have a California Real Estate License in excellent standing.
